Kohl's Gift Cards are issued by and represent an obligation of Kohl's Value Services, Inc., a Virginia corporation, and are subject to the terms and conditions found in Kohl’s Legal Notices at Kohls.com. Except where required by law, Kohl's Gift Cards are non-refundable, may not be redeemed for cash or for the purchase of gift cards and cannot be applied to any Kohl's Charge account balance. Kohl's Gift Cards have no expiration date or service fees. Kohl’s Gift Card purchasers are responsible for providing a deliverable e-mail address or accurate physical address, as applicable. Kohl's is not responsible for Gift Cards that are undeliverable or not received due to your failure to enter an accurate physical address or e-mail address.
